What?! My baby is 1! She has grown up so fast...it almost doesn't even seem real to me that the year is over. Remy is such a delightful little girl, and she has brought magic into our home. Her family is absolutely in love with her. Some of the fun things she is doing right now includes walking (for about the last month now), even trying to kick balls around the house, dancing to any music even if it's just me humming, she is very enthusiastic about nodding her head, she loves trying play "tag" with her brother's and trying to find them when they hide, she enjoys smacking her lips, singing, clapping, blowing raspberries on mommies legs or arms, waving, and she's just full of personality. We think she is just the sweetest little thing. I especially love that she is such a momma's girl right now and still will lay her head on my chest or shoulder and cuddle with me, and sometimes she'll even pat my back. Even though she is a momma's girl, she loves her daddy and her brothers too. Even when they are too rough with her, she's always climbing all over them.
For Remy's birthday, we didn't make a big deal out of it because I honestly wasn't all that excited about her reaching this milestone so quickly, but we had a special little party with just our little family of 5 and my parents. We made homemade root beer, opened presents, and watched Remy dive into her little cake and then lick her tray clean.
(Crying because she had recently become quite fond of her sippy cup, and Daddy took it away to give her free hands for her new toy)

We are all counting down the days to see this little beauty! (Especially me!) Of course we love the boys just as much, & the kids can't wait to see them:) For some reason the three pictures in between aren't letting me view them. Thanks for your blog posts. It's the one thing on the computer, I so look forward to!!
